My rebate finally came through after 6 months and many calls. My broadband keeps slowing up and Mike James of the technical department has been very helpful in restoring the line speed on several occasions now, though we are still not sure why it keeps falling out. Thanks Mike. Andrew

OMG 😲 My poor father has just been cold called into a contract. I'm really very worried as there doesn't appear to be any breakdown of what his package entails e.g. Unlimited broadband???? I'll be furious if he has to pay extra add on fees. I've emailed and demanded information asap- will let you all know how I get on 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 I'm going to keep my original review up because I don't agree with 'cold calling' especially older folk such as my dad, who aren't able to ask relivent questions. I will however recommend that if you have any grievance with True Telecom- give them the chance to sort it out with you! They've been great and helped sort all my issues out in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you 📞✨📞✨
A bill query
Had a query with billing so called and spoke to Bethany Stone and Jon Higgins. Found the whole experience very pleasant and efficient unlike a 5 week nightmare with BT recently. How refreshing to find helpful staff who listen and are competent at their work. Well done True Telecom, when my contract expires with BT at home I will be in touch.

My experience today was excellent. A very understanding young man. No questions asked as he could se the problem straight away on his screen. He has promised me to raise a credit on my next account. I am sure he will. Last month was a different matter when I spoke to a young girl as my first bill was more than twice what I was expecting . She just couldn't seem to understand what I was saying.

My experience with True Telecom has been exemplary. I get a better service at half the price of BT. On all occasions all members of the customer support team have been very helpful. My original broad band transfer date was delayed by 1 day because Open-reach put me to the back of the que, TT investigated and kept me informed when i asked. Very happy customer so far.

Hi my landline telephone was dead. I contacted True d with the help of Colin the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. I particularly liked the phone call afterwards to check everything was now working ok. Well done
