Can I keep my existing services like BT 1571 and call divert?
Yes of course. We work with Openreach, just like BT, so all these services can be added.
Can I keep my current phone number(s)?
Usually yes. If Openreach supplied your number this isn’t a problem. We can transfer most cable numbers too but there’s sometimes a charge.
Is there a charge to transfer to True Telecom?
No. You can join us for free.
Will True Telecom’s rates go up once I’ve transferred?
Definitely not. We offer a price guarantee so your prices will be frozen. Plus if you see a better price elsewhere we’ll try to match it.
What happens if there’s a problem with my line?
Just give us a call on 0800 840 40 60 or 03333 20 72 22 and we’ll either fix the fault remotely or send an Openreach engineer. There’s no charge for this.
Why are True Telecom’s prices so low?
We buy our minutes in bulk from the wholesaler and pass the savings on to you.
Can I expect great service?

What will change?
The only change you’ll notice is lower bills and great service. Your service will continue uninterrupted.
How will I be billed?
We’ll invoice you monthly so you can spread the cost over the year. Select services are billed one month in advance (BT normally bill 3 months in advance), and calls are billed one month in arrears.
